This already happened with tclx. I no longer support special
configuration options since tclx is now dynamic loadable. I would like
to do the same with msql. However, I have no idea if there are plans
to support msqltcl as a dynamic loadable extension. I will try to
contact Hakan Soderstrom <hs@soderstrom.se> just to see if he has
plans to release a new version of the MSQL Tcl interface.
