ld problems on DEC osf 3.2C for tnm.so

I got this problem...
(tcl7.5 / tk4.1 / scotty-2.1.0)

$ ./configure
...
$ all seems to be OK.
$ make
ld -shared -expect_unresolved "*" -o tnm.so -lrpc -lrpcsvc
Error: No object file linked
*** Exit 1
Stop.
$

But I don't think it is a problem with scotty...
Could some body please help me ?
