I'm very sorry if this was a trivial problem, but either i got a fiddled
version of Tcl7.5/Tk4.1 or Juergen Schoenwaelder are wrong. Please look
at the man pages for 7.4 at http://cuiwww.unige.ch/eao/www/TclTkMan/Man.html
The "file join" seems to have been in the 7.4.
My man pages explicitly says its been updated for version 7.5 and it avoids
mentioning "file join" what so ever.
I still may be completely wrong. If so please point me at a direction of where
to get Tcl7.5 with "file join".

I apologize, if you still think this is a "why can't i unzip...." question.
I don't. I thought you wanted fast responses to your releases.
