Looks like the Germans are again mixing up their research network
again. I have put a copy on the ftp server of the University of
Twente in the Netherlands. You can find it now on
ftp://ftp.cs.utwente.nl/upload/scotty-2.1.0.tar.gz
and it will be moved to
ftp://ftp.cs.utwente.nl/pub/src/snmp/UT-SCOTTY/scotty-2.1.0.tar.gz
in a few days. I hope that you do not have the same trouble with this
