Scotty with Tcl-DP- Problems?

I am trying to make a BIGwish adding Scotty, BLT, Expect, and Tcl-DP. I can
get all of them in one binary so far except when I add Tcl-DP with Scotty,
then Scotty commands core dump.

Is there some problem in using DP with Scotty? Is it necessary? I am using
7.4/4.0.
