How 2 change subscription 2 different e-mail.address ??

Hi...
I would like 2 change locations and stay on the mailing list.
With out FTP access from my current location... I am unable 2
read the FAQ. Could some one cast a hint-or-two on how 2 change
my e-mail address or how 2 unsubscribe and subscribe. I don't
have the information on the correct procedure(s).
