Tkined-1.3.4 (as well as scotty-2.0.2) will not compile with any of
the latest Tcl7.5/Tk4.1 releases. Either wait until never versions of
tkined/scotty are available or use Tcl7.4p3 and Tk4.0p3 which should
be quite stable.
