How to move objects beyond "invisible" boundary

After Tkined displays network map, it is impossible to move objects beyond
an invisible boundary even after the window is enlarged.

I tried to change the tkined.width and tkined.height in tkined.defaults.
It doesn't solve my problem.

Is there any way to change the invisible boundary?
