Hello, I just joined this mailing list. However I have been using tkined
and scotty for the past week, and I am very impressed. But I have been
reading the documents, faq and man pages, and I am still a bit blur on
integrating additional stuff with tkined/scotty.

This is what I plan do to, I plan to extend tkined/scotty to be a network
management system, where besides normal network management, I would like to
perform centralized remote monitoring of processes, where a dead process
at the remote host will trigger an alarm at the central NMS, which in
this case will be tkined/scotty. I already have such a script in perl,
but now I will to port it to scotty/tkined.

My question, how do I get started on this i.e. from creating the tcl
script with integration to tkined.

Any help or pointers will be appreciated.
