Scotty Web tools collection

I have a fun what that collects statistics from our various hubs
(HP hub, HP lan probe, Cabletron hub) via SNMP using scotty and stores
them in a database using msql. It also uses TclX. Then, I have a client
program that will graph the stuff out, and lets you know for which
days data is available for any subnet. It uses msql, tix and blt.

Right now they are pretty site specific, but they only collect frames
per second and collision information for each of the networks, but
it does have a general bearing of network health. Sometime in the near
future I'd like to make it less site dependent and add it to the
collection.

I also have a tool which does CPU pies for our various servers in
near realtime. It's handy for indicating overall health of the server.
If uses tkpiechart and scotty for collecting data via rstat. It's
also client/server so that remote cpu clients can connect to it. It'd
probably need a little work to be portable to other sites as well.
