Good question. I have put this on my TODO list. The interim solution
is to define event filter in the tkined.defaults file. See the `Help
Event' message. Below is a sample from my tkined.defaults file.
event.filter1.name: Sendmail/News Events
event.filter1.facility: mail|news
event.filter1.report: local
event.filter1.highlight: false
