The comment in the .tki files says >> DO NOT EDIT <<. Don't expect
tkined to do anything useful if you edit the save file. You have
removed an attribute and not a monitoring job. Therefore, a new
attribute is created the next time this map is loaded. Works as
designed - it is a problem of your interpretation of the save file.
