Sounds like a resolver problem. Scotty provides a dns command which
can be used to query the DNS resolver. This creates problems on some
systems that use different way to resolve host names. Is the name
"neon" known in the DNS? I guess it is not. Please check the SGI
documentation on how to configure the resolver library.
