I added the following line to set argv to the empty string, but it's
purely a work-around that probably breaks something, but for now,
tkined is working for me!
Tcl_SetVar(interp, "tcl_interactive", "0", TCL_GLOBAL_ONLY);
Tcl_SetVar (interp, "argv", "", TCL_GLOBAL_ONLY);
