tkined advance stack extension

I've written another menu'd addition to tkined for managing hp advance
stack hubs. it includes a launcher for Doug Hughes hphubwatch (no biggie)
and a script that queries the hub for the last tracked MAC address
and remaps matching nodes on the tkined canvas to the hub in
question. the script uses our bootptab database to correlate hardware
ethernet addresses and internet names. if anyone is interested, drop me
a line.
The code is effective, but a little slow due to some ugly searching
routines so I'm going to try to speed it up in the morning.

To Doug:
I made a minor addition to hphubwatch to display the internet names
of the last tracked machine on each port. it uses the same bootp
database to do the correlation as I mentioned above. give a holler
if you'd like to see it.
