There is no public XF version for Tcl/7.x & Tk/4.x. There will be a
commercial version of XF but it is not clear if there will be also a
public version. Check the Tcl FAQ or a comp.lang.tcl archive for
details. BTW, this list is mainly for Tkined and Scotty related
things.
