Hi, I am a new user of Tkined/Scotty. I have some trouble when I tried to
use SNMP.

1. I use snmpd, which is come along with Scotty, to set and start a SNMP
agent. It seems work correctly and I got a message like:
SNMP agent start at:
-address 127.0.0.1 -port 161 -community public etc...

Does that mean the SNMP agent start and ready to response SNMP Manager's
queries or I have to set something else?

2. When I tried to use SNMP-Trouble from Tkined, I always get message like:
[127.0.0.1] RecvFrom refused or failed. I used SNMP Device from
SNMP-Trouble, the message is like:
SNMP Device: localhost[127.0.0.1] NoResponse

3. It work properly with other common in IP (ftp, ping, rlogin, telnet ...).
Need I set something specail to make it work for SNMP. Is there any
document other than Man page to expain how to setup SNMP agent and how
get information of agent from Tkined.

Could someone give any suggestions on the procedure to use Tkined/Scotty
SNMP application, the procedures of setting SNMP agent and using Tkined to
get information from agents.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanx!

Dazhi
