hmm. I installed both tcl 7.3 (sorry i stay away from beta's of tcl/tk i
hear they're dangerous), and tk 3.6 from slackware, though *perhaps* they
didn't install/overwrite tk.h. looks like that's my problem. i'll check
into it and see what happens...*ponders reinstalling tcl/tk again*
