I tried it myself but I found was not very successful: The first
Tcl/Tk port to windows uses a compiler not available to me (and I have
been told that it is normal to write for a specific compiler under
MS-Windows) and the second Tcl/Tk port missed some important features.
I decided to delay MS-Windows support until there is a official Tcl/Tk
port to MS-Windows, or perhaps Windows'95.
