I have no idea about commercial products. But I tried to compile
scotty under windows based on the latest tkwin Tcl/Tk port to MS
Windows. It was the first time I tried to compile something under
Windows and it was worth to make this experience...

It turned out that the networking code is not the big problem. But I
gave up as soon as I recognized that the fileevent handling code of Tk
is not ported to Windows yet.
