The diffs are available on our ftp server as:

The tkined diff is very small and just fixes the raise/lower bug. The
scotty diff fixes some bugs in the mib parser and a nice bug that
showed up when you destroy a snmp session handle while evaluating a
callback for this session. The diff also contains the rstat fixes by
John P. Rouillard and adds the simple snmpwalk script with a short man
page.
