The next release of our network editor tkined is now available on
ftp.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de [134.169.34.15]. The files are:

Whats new in tkined-0.7 and scotty-0.8 ?
- there is a new dialog called a log window that can be used
by scripts to write logging information on it (see scotty's
tkined tools - they are using it)
- the stripchart and barchart widgets are rewritten in C
to speed things up
- tkined is based on tk 3.6 and tcl 7.3 now
- the patches for ALPHA machines are in - please test them
- tkined and scotty now use an autoconf configure script
- lots of fixes and hopefully better portability
